Show Notes

Welcome to Season 2 of The Breakfast Dish! Dance, music, visual art, theatre and get-to-know-you conversations with the artists behind the work. Join Griffin Cork and his mom, Karen Johnson-Diamond every Monday morning as they meet the creators of today's digital offerings. This podcast is dairy and gluten free!

This week, mother and son Karen and Griffin speak with mother and daughter Karen and Elizabeth, hosts of the podcast That's a Thing?! - That’s a Thing?! is a sometimes belated, already outdated guide to your teens, tweens, and everything under 20. In each episode, Elizabeth (a teenager) explains an aspect of her media experience to her Gen-Xer mom. Sometimes Elizabeth’s brother Jon joins in to explain something from his slightly younger perspective. It was named Outstanding Kids and Family Series at the Canadian Podcast Awards in 2020.
